Promoting Balanced Living Through Our Blog on Natural Bath & Body

Dan Tyminski Band

Dan Tyminski Band

Things have been busy since we opened the Boutique in March and we want to thank our customers for all the love. Thought I would share with you a few things that have happened since our last blog. (And I promise to keep up on the blog now that our initial opening has calmed down)

On April 29th we had the utmost pleasure of meeting Dan Tyminski Band at Mike's Music & Dance Barn in Nashville, IN. What a wonderful and talented group of musicians! Most people know Dan as the voice of "Man of Constant Sorrow" from O' Brother Where Art Thou and winner of 14 Grammy Awards.

Even though I know the family who own Mike's Music & Dance Barn, this was my first time visiting. I can't say that I was disappointed. Just the opposite. We had an absolute blast! The music was phenomenal. I did so much foot tapping that I was worried about being able to drive home afterwards lol

Before the show, I was chatting with a lovely woman at the t-shirt stand and had no idea who she was. Much to my surprise. halfway through the performance, she was introduced as Elise Tyminski! What a beautiful soul she is. We were invited to their next show two nights later in Ohio and had the pleasure of spending time afterwards with the band. A big thanks to Elise & Dan for this wonderful opportunity!

We did not show up empty handed! We came bearing goodies from the boutique as a thank you. It made my heart happy to be able to provide our products to one of my favorite musicians and his beautiful wife! I've always been a huge fan, but being able to hear Dan live was even better than I imagined. If you haven't had the pleasure of attending a show, I highly recommend it!!

During the intermission, I also had the pleasure of meeting Spence Taylor from SoundBoardStreams. We are now proud sponsors, so check out their page and show them some love! If you happen to be driving between Nashville and Bloomington on State Road 46 you will notice the new billboard. Great work Spence!

Until next time,

Anna The Red
