Beautiful lavender buds are immersed into our pure natural alfalfa honey and left to set for weeks to allow the release of it’s oils.  The end result is a fragrant medicinal honey that is wonderful taken by the spoonful to help relieve anxiety as well as add a unique flavor to many recipes.
